Hospice of Northwest Ohio served its first patients in 1981 and is the Toledo area's largest provider of hospice care. A non-profit, community-based organization, we are the only area agency solely dedicated to caring for the terminally ill. In 2013, we served more than 2,500 patients and families in their own homes, in nursing homes and at our freestanding Hospice Centers. Wonderful place to "go to the other side". My father passed there and so did my mother-in-law. (Perrysburg) There is always someone there to help with your needs, your loved one's needs or if not, they leave you to cope alone (if that is what you want). Highly recommended. If I need hospice at the end I would like for this to be my choice. Thank you Hospice of Northwest Ohio for being there for my family.
