Wonderful hotel with exceptionally accommodating staff! The breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. A special shout-out to Colin for his attentiveness and outstanding customer service — he really made our stay extra enjoyable!
Our check-in experience was unexpectedly chaotic, with long queues that made the process feel unnecessarily drawn out. I understand weekends can be busy, but the lack of efficiency was frustrating. The room itself was quite small, and unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t function properly. After several unanswered calls to reception, I had to go downstairs to speak with someone directly.
