So Hope decides not to allow a deposit from my husbands job because the company put XMS- in front of his name. I've. Even banking with them for over 5 years. Oh well I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Awesome customer service with a smile and kindness. All of the staff is very helpful.
I love my Credit Union!!! I'm sitting here on my couch and a message pops up from them saying they think someone is using my cc. It shows the suspicious transactions and I click on them. Thirty seconds later I'm on with a fraud specialist who shuts down my card and I lose exactly NO money!!!! They saved me $250.00 on the spot!!!!
System has been down since Saturday and it's now Tuesday. This is ridiculous
