In this time of struggle with folks trying to survive and feed their families and provide housing and utilities, we are all doing the best we can. Through no fault of my own, a company I do business with bounced a check to me which set off a Chain of expensive events ...... I borrowed money from family members who sent me a money order to get me by. Horribleee horribleee I went in for a loan and the lady said I had to be preapproved I told her I was not but I would like to apply she still wanted to look me up to see if I was preapproved after I said I wasn't. I just wanted to do the application she had a bad attitude and I sat there for about an hour nobody said someone will be with you in a moment or anything they just kept talking to each other and walking to the back. You definitely lost a customer today ❗️
This bank is a joke. You can never get an answer on the telephone. The branch transfers their calls to the call center where no one answers. I can't make a deposit on line. I deposit a check from the same company every two weeks. They continue to put the check in hold. This lady time they put it on hold for 10 days. I am so upset with this back. I will definitely be closing my account.
