I can't say enough about this credit union in Biloxi, MS. They are always helpful, courteous, and always ready to help you. They always make me feel like family and actually show they care. In today's world, this is so hard to find but Hope Credit Union should be given an award for their continued dedication to it's customers and the community. Very rude and disrespectful staff, especially Joe, who calls himself the VP, but has no clue what he is talking about!
If I could give a 0 I would. Jeff is a joke. I’ve never been spoken to or harassed the way I was by him. Would never recommend this company.
