Excellent customer service very friendly environment
Mr. Christopher Dotson, Itta Bena Branch, made my mother and aunt feel welcomed and appreciated during their visit. The professionalism and compassion shown to my family is the reason I will be opening an account soon!
I absolutely LOVE my local Hope CU! Nice environment and friendly staff! Customer Service is always excellent. I totally recommend their banking to anyone! From share branching to Christmas Club savings... They are great! Their loan officer is very helpful as well! Thank you West Memphis Hope CU for all that you do!
Just a piece of advice if your wanting to buy a home. Go to the bank!! Hope has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their loan officers are horrible. They lose your papers won't return your phone calls. Won't even answer the phone. We are so disappointed. Lost the house we wanted to buy because seller got tired of waiting.
I love the staff of my bank in New Orleans...especially Ms. Connie and Angela
