Great Financial institution! People helping people
I just want to say that the branch in Jackson needs some help. The line is always long and the seats full. Every time I go in there I have to wait. The only reason I am still there is because of how I am treated. The tellers are always nice and the manager is always busy. She had to much happening and she stopped and took time to say sorry for the wait and offered us all a bottle of water. She always knows our names and never stops smilin.
I paid off my vehicle and I have yet to receive a letter in the mail stating that the vehicle is paid in full and I have not received the title to my vehicle. Contacting someone by phone is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!
A great company to do business with. They helped me launch my business Torshel Storm Shelters. Thank you HOPE.
So Hope decides not to allow a deposit from my husbands job because the company put XMS- in front of his name. I've. Even banking with them for over 5 years. Oh well I'm taking my business elsewhere.
