I took my cat to get fixed and informed them that I forgot my rabies paperwork and that I can go home and get it and they said it was ok to have the place fax it over where he was given the rabies shot and to pick him up at 3:30 so that’s what was done only to come back and have an extra charge for another rabies shot my cat did not need nor did they have permission to give to him. All the staff was great. The ladies in the front office were so helpful and once we were called to the back I felt like they cared about my cat as much As I do. Kira and Dr 🐦 were so sweet and explained evento me.

All of my pet have been spayed or neutered at HOPE. We have never had a single problem. The staff are professional and polite. Will be taking 2 more kittens in soon.
Very clean, staff very professional, courteous and friendly; but most important, compassionate!
