They are professional and thorough.
I recommend this place with 5 stars! It is a little chaotic when you have scared cats meowing and dogs barking I don't know how they do it but I am glad they do. The staff took good care of my babies and I forgot to get them pain medication they allowed me to send my daughter to purchase the next day. Great prices also. Please spay and Neuter your pets.
I appreciate that they genuinely care as this is our first time with, Charlie-Chuck. All paperwork was done via email. Very professional, great value!! Thanks H.O.P.E.!!
went to get my dog checked out as a walking exam for "possible parvo" signed in had the nurse come out saying the vet said before we give a parvo test we can put her down for free or test her! First off I came for a test so much for "HOPE" FOUNDATION smh never again my first and last time she was only a pup and 3 months 🖕 then I found more help on YouTube then anywhere my fur baby is getting better as we I post this 🤷♀️
They care more about their reputation and what people may think about them than working out any misunderstandings with their clients. Not impressed with the lack of compassion and empathy from their manager. I am banned from ever being able to have any of my animals treated or fixed by them ever again.
It is so easy (at least once you've wrangled those feral cats and gotten them to HOPE) to have ferals spayed or neutered here. They are well organized and professional, and the prices are reasonable. They are like a well-oiled machine in how they handle all of those animals every day.
The best they truly love their little babies that come to them for comfort
I know HOPE since I work at ACT and we have animals taken there every week, but I’ve never personally been there for my own pets. I had to take my kitty to the vet unexpectedly for an eye injury and everyone knows taking your pet to the vet can be very expensive PLUS meds. I had no appointment, I just showed up and I did not have to wait very long at all. HOPE is highly affordable and super friendly. They’re quick and give you all the info you need and you don’t get charged up the butt for just sitting in the lobby! I recomm... read more
