Very helpful. Thought my dog had an ear infection. I did not know appointments were needed due to Covid. I walked in and they saw us. Determined that it was an allergy issue. Got an allergy shot and some ear ointment and went in our way!
My female cat got spayed this week and they were very friendly. She ended up having pyometria which is an infection of the uterus they found and they took care of it and sent us home with antibiotics and got her all fixed up.
Will no longer be using these services or donating. Your FB Administrator was WRONG, in posting a “meme” about Trump. It didn’t matter if it was Trump, Obama, or any other “political” figure. Leave the “politics”, OUT, of services for animals. I can’t believe this organization, would stoop so low. In this day, when people are on “edge”, anyway, why stir the pot and create controversy? You can see by the comments, on FB page, that this was NOT, the thing to post, to get more business/donations, for HOPE. You made the wrong ca... read more
I was a supporter of the hope foundation but after the political post the other day It was not funny and wasn’t professional at all! Lost my support!😡 Good luck with that one! You insulted people and found humor in it not taking it serious! Done done good luck!
I will not take my babies any other place I highly recommend H.o.p.e Animal Foundation for everyone's fur babies 💜❤💜❤
Dr Byrd is trash. Coming at customers with judgements and rude comments. Your ignorance is astonishing and clearly you’re jaded by the work you do. Receptionists are rude as well. Garbage
My two dogs and two cats were all fixed at HOPE. They all received excellent care.
super friendly staff. you can see they truly care about your pet.
my boyfriend picked up our chihuahua yesterday paid the bill and came home. As I'm reading the bill, I see a $25 in heat charge! My dog was NOT in heat, I never would have brought her in if she was! this is outrageous. if you spay a dog in heat, they could bleed more and experience longer healing time. And now they're not returning my phone calls! unprofessional scammer
Business response:
As we said on the phone message we left you this morning, the doctor who preformed the surgery notated that Ariel was in heat. We're sorry it took us less than 24 hours to return your call. When a dog is in heat, we can tell during surgery because their ovaries have follicles on them. Unfortunately, this is not something we can tell until the pet is in surgery. If you are concerned or just want to make sure she's healing okay, we offer free rechecks Monday-Thursday 10-3. Please note we will be closed Monday June 29th.
