Horrible horrible customer service the girls that front are very rude very Condon sending and if you complain to kick you out of the clinic the managers really rude and they just have no caring compassion in them I don’t know if it’s because it’s a mass clinic but just very rude and they act like you don’t know what you’re talking about and no compassion and I am just not a very friendly place to go to

I had a lot of doubts about neutering my dog, it was a difficult decision for me, but I do not regret neutering him with them. They’re extremely helpful, polite, and give a blatant list of instructions. They got my dogs ecollar size wrong (which was understandable, busy day) and he came in for a re check and it was free, they replaced his ecollar and gave me a list of care instructions for his incision. The vet tech ( I assume that’s what she was) was very polite and helpful. I 100% recommend them. I was extremely paranoid w... read more

I recommend them for the low cost, however, I wouldn’t recommend them for their customer service and unprofessionalism. When I first dropped off my puppy Cotton I was skeptical because I have never done this because I was scared of the cost. I was relieved to know that for medical beneficiary it would be a low cost. At first when I checked in I only had my insurance card and not the actual hard copy. I asked if I can bring the hard copy at check out and they said yes. I drove back to my house which is an hour away and when I... read more

Each time I went it was a problem. I was told the spay was $20. But no spay without a rabies shot. Was told I needed a flyer from online. Informed the staff I am an older disabled person without a computer. Was told go to a library. When I got my dog into be nuetered I had some paperwork to fill out.I did not understand it, I asked for help and the girl at the counter was rude and condescending. I told the office manager I thought I had been mistreated, I explained I had a brain aneurism and I have problems understanding som... read more

The care and the cost is so great. For the Elderly that can't afford care for their animals.

I love your spay and neuter program but your new wellness program or maybe one of the drs I don’t recommend. Took my dog in after getting a bite on her face and the dr wouldn’t even touch her and recommended putting her to sleep. Took her to another vet and they gave her two take home meds and two shots and she is doing great today. Not sure if the vet just had no clue what she was looking at or was unqualified to take on our case but she was very unprofessional and I left crying thinking that there wasn’t hope for my girl.

Prices are great for everything! no excuse not to care for your pet the way they deserve. although i did get overlooked a couple of times while waiting, it was still worth it.
