This place is affordable if you need to have your pet seen immediately as a walk-in, but nothing else. They don’t care about the animals or the owners. No customer service skills whatsoever from staff and doctors. You can feel their entitlement as soon as you walk in, as if they can treat you horribly because they’re so cheap. Yea, They’re probably the best in town for cheap spay/neuter but there’s plenty of better options, just as affordable and way more caring for vaccines and exams.
They did a great job with my cats’ neuter and he’s healing up very well. However, I’m really upset that they flea treated him without my consent. You don’t know what I’ve already given him, so could be overdosing him! Some of our pets are very sensitive to these chemical flea treatments (even causing seizures in one of them) so I’m really unhappy that they treated my cat with Frontline which I do NOT use on my pets, and I’d be pissed if they’d given it to the pet who has seizures from it! 😡 For this reason, I will be taking... read more

Pricing is very reasonable and they seem genuine.Example eye meds were only 15.00 dollars and exam 29.00.I will start taking all 3 dogs there .
