I love this place they took care of my little Ella and it's low cost I was taking her to Cedar Veterinary and I got stuck with a $3,000 CareCredit
waited for close to an hour to pick up my cat just about everybody who came in after me left before me and within 20 minutes and I'm still here waiting about the only thing that's good about this place are the prices and that's probably the only thing keeping them in business
They are the Real Deal, helping thousands with low cost spay and neuter. Should be at the top of any donor's list and certainly well above ASPCA (not the same as your local SPCA).
Brought my Chewie in at 8am. Was out of there by 8:45ish. The gent and ladies working the counter are very informative and don’t try to push all the extra extras into you or your bill. They spayed my dog and the next day her stomach was swollen as big as a softball , They never returned my call and when I went to a regular Vet he stated it was so bad all he could do is put my puppy down , Please if you call your dog do not take them here
a great place to Care for your animal...
Terrible customer service, 3 hour wait for a simple post spay check up. Their customer check in and processing system needs some serious improvement. Pets were soiling the floor (due to the wait time). I love their mission statement, however, their management/processing system needs a new administrator.. 👎🏼
I appreciate the friendly & helpful staff, the Veterinarians are highly experienced. My Cocker Spaniel Othello has been battling with numerous symptoms for years. Past 9 years I’ve gone through several veterinarians with no sure answers. At HOPE, Dr. Katy Byrd upon visual & tactile observations within a few minutes she knew what his problems were and how to treat them. He had his ears flushed and is being treated with medication. We also scheduled a surgery to have Othello’s R-eye removed due to Glaucoma. This will be done o... read more
