I was a mess when I got there, its very busy. In the end, Hope did a great job and my two animals did great. Only down fall was you have to get your own voucher. Its just tough if u work during the day to get vouchers. I sent someone to get it and they had to take the animals as well..

The ONLY reason I did not give Hope an Excellent was because it is such a nightmare in the morning to get checked in. I know its because of the sheer volume, and they do handle it professionally and expeditiously, but sorry guys its still a nightmare. Over the years I have had many many dogs spayed/neutered at Hope and each time the staff was courteous and well informed. I have never had a dog that had problems afterward, and they bounce back within a day or two. I have had to use other vet offices, not my choice, and it too... read more

Business response:

Thank you for using H.O.P.E. We do agree that it can be "nuts" in the mornings during check in.There is no denying that all of the staff do try our best to be a cheerful, and thorough with all of our clients in the morning. We are happy to hear that your pets are doing well and hope to be able to provide services again for you in the future.

Total waste of time and travel if they told me this before i wouldnt of even gone will never go there again or refer anyone u guys suck and no one was professional

Business response:

We apologize you feel like you wasted your time, but we were concerned about your pets safety, even if you are not. The veterinarian determined your pet to be unfit for surgery here and it is in her best interest to be fixed at a full service animal hospital where they can accommodate her medical history. Obviously, if you do not tell us about any preexisting conditions upon voucher pick up, we cannot tell you if we can provide services. We spent 30 minutes explaining to you why we were concerned for the safety of your pet. ... read more

Hope is a great place to get shots they're affordable and there isn't an office visit fee like regular vet offices. I've also had my dog fixed her when he was a puppy I paid $65 for a 35lbs dog to be neutered which is a good price considering his size. After I pick him up he was okay nothing happened to him but when I took him back a few months later he was terrified of this place (I honestly don't know why) to this day he doesn't like caged kennels, he can't be around yelping dogs and he's still terrified of going to hope. ... read more
