Very disappointed in my whole experience! I dropped my little dog off, to be fixed! I believed it would cost me $30 for this! I had her microchipped and her nails clipped! I was to pick her up at 4:00 pm. I was a tiny bit late and they called me, to find out where I was! I asked for my total, and it was $120.00!! Shocked to say the least!! Come to find out, you had to live in certain zip codes, to get the $30 price!! And now, two weeks later, my dog has kennel cough, and a lump, under her scar? Weird coincidence!?! I've taken both of my cats to HOPE to get spayed and neutered. People are complaining about the attitudes of the receptionists and not being in the rooms for their animals' check up appointments/shots.... I'm sorry but there's a reason for it. All the times I've gone they have been swamped, their goal is to get as many animals taken care of each and every day and not have to worry about owners getting in the way.
