Spay/ neuter experience 50/50 Here's what happens. There are two bins of clip boards on either side of the doubledoors. Clear instructions on what to do. Fill out the form and sign up (there is a cat and dog side sign in) to get called in to turn in the paperwork. However if your waiting outside don't expect anyone to come out to call you in, I was lucky that I had to go in and ask a question or else I would've been a "no show". It can get very busy in the morning due to surgery pick up and drop off so thank you for your patience. When your pet was brought back, he/she received a pre-operative exam from the doctor. During this exam, the doctor listens to the heart and lungs to check for fitness for surgery. Because we are a high volume clinic, we cannot tell each owner what time their pet will be going under as changes to our surgery schedule happen regularly. Thank you for having your pet fixed and we hope they are recovering well.
I have nothing but good things to say about HOPE. My dog was neutered and has received all vaccinations here, and we've always received great service at a reasonable cost. HOPE is doing a great thing for the Valley—providing essential animal services at a low price—and deserves much support in the way of both donations and good word of mouth.
Hope took such amazing care of my fur babies when they came in to be spayed/neutered! I highly recommend them!
Be more up front about what you can't cannot do for animals. You say you will take pregnant animals but that's a lie. You obviously are the jiffy lube of veterinary care. I wouldn't go back to you for any amount of savings, I'll go to real vets. Thanks

Thank you for the explanation. There are many reason that we will not preform surgery on an animal and, I have to assume that our veterinarian felt that he or she was acting in the best interest of the animal in question. I am sorry that you had to wait and that your time was wasted. I wanted to remind you that we are a non-profit and that ALL of our services are subsidized by donation. I have taken a dog and soon to be two kittens. I never have had a problem with anything other than the front receptionist having an attitude/ being rude. Other than that I love the cause!!
Took my Corgi there to be neutered, I have always had a great experience working with them. I wish they would give owners an update when their animal is out of surgery so we don't worry but other then that I would highly recommend taking your animals there.
