I am very disappointed to say the absolute least. They say they provide low cost surgeries; however, they discriminate who they actually provide these services for. Apparently, unless you live in a certain zipcode, they won't help your dog for same low price. Hope is also untrustworthy in my eyes. When I signed up for an appointment online, I was never notified that the surgery would cost more because I wasn't fortunate enough to live in their zipcodes. I will never take any of my pets here.

Lori Climer Yes, as mentioned in the above response, all of our general pricing is low cost and is made that way because of grants and donations that are universally applied. In addition to the already low-cost general pricing, we apply for grants and solicit donations to make general pricing even lower. In a perfect world, all pricing would be little or no cost but ultimately a certain amount of money only goes so far. The newer staff is great! Very helpful have fixed many fosters have always had a positive experience with mine aswell
I have been going to HOPE for years. Never had any issues. Everyone there is always helpful and professional. Not only do we take our pets there but rescues as well. They do great work!
