I would like to make a complaint regarding your receptionist at your office today. She was the girl with the two braids on her head. She was rude to myself and to other customers. Really feel bad the way she was speaking to the other customer. I would suggest if she didn’t like her job she should not be working as a receptionist and dealing with people in General.

Business response:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our receptionists are constantly busy and do their best to give everyone as much individualized attention as possible. We are honestly surprised by your review as we often get great feedback about all of our receptionists. We apologize we didn't rise to the occasion this time.

2 stars for reasonable prices compared to regular vet, deducted a 3 stars for mediocre customer service: check in process totally unorganized & chaotic, annoyed that I spent time filling out paperwork that they just ignored anyway, and frustrated that they don’t answer their phones therefore have been playing phone tag with them for 4-5 business days (so that makes it difficult to resolve any issues with them or even get an answer to a question.) They were quick to respond to my Facebook comment though, now if only they spen... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your review. We do apologize as we know it can be difficult to reach us over the phone. We receive over 300 calls a day and do our best to return calls within 2 business days (usually sooner). And yes, we realize that the check-in process can be chaotic due to the amount of people in the building, but it is not unorganized. We have a system that allows us to check in 80-100 cats and dogs in under an hour. Any paperwork that is filled out by clients is never ignored and is always utilized. Thank you for having y... read more

Took in 3 stray 5 month old kittens I found all from the same litter and within 6 days they all seem back to normal and feeling great! Tips for first timers: be there about 20-30 minutes early as the parking lot fills fast. The owners that used cardboard cat carriers had issues with their cats getting out so I would recommend a real carrier. If you have dogs without a crate keep them in your car while filling out the paperwork, there were several loud and aggressive dogs that made everyone uncomfortable. The surgery for my c... read more

The staff was professional, patient, helpful and answered all my questions. They helped me in a timely manner and you can totally see love and care the staff has for animals. It shines through their professionalism, and customer service. I definitely recommend taking your pet there to get spayed or neutered.

I was there today (11/17/17) at 11:50am and I was turned away!!! The “doctor” said they had too many animals ahead of me I had called before getting there but no one ever answer their phones...I pleaded with the staff, even asked her why they don’t have anything about their policy but no answer. BTW, I was there for a general check-up of a 5 pounds puppy. Deeply disappointed in their customer service!
