Several problem, first their October promotion mentioned nothing about the cats being wholly one color which is ridiculous, second the staff was a mixture of rude and/or confused. Am never taking my pets there again.

We hope that your pets are recovering well from surgery. We apologize that they did not qualify for the program. The October promotion was intended for all black or all orange cats and all black dogs. We do not set the parameters of our programs; the donor does and we are obligated to abide by their requests as they are funding the program.
Took my cat to get spayed today but turns out already spayed. I was sort of upset at first that I was going to have to pay a little more when surgery was not performed but the director there, not sure her name was nice and explained why. They are a non-profit organization and the special I had was paid by a grant and they only get paid by grant when surgery was performed. They had to go through all the steps and put her under anesthesia and when they shaved her saw already spayed. They have some who get paid but many volunte... read more
