Drinks it takes a 45 minutes to get one but loved the wings

Horrible service last night!! Dirty tables around us sat for the entire 1.5 hours we were there and staff members were too busy on their phones than seeing about the few customers they had. Our waitress was good (Neli?) — but unfortunately our experience was ruined by things outside of her control!
Customer service needs improvement. Who wants cold fries and sweet tea with no sugar. My waitress was truly over the top. It was so unreal. It will a long time before I would ever come back at this location.
