We're all over the place! Hooters of America, LLC is the proud franchisor and operator of more than 420 Hooters restaurants located in 41 states and 26 countries. First time I’ve left a Hooters and told manager I won’t be back. I’ve been to every Big Ten championship game and Hooters is our pregame. 2nd year in a row they let people drink in the aisles between tables. Fans just give their tables to other fans when they leave. After 1 1/2 hours I told the manager. 30 minutes later after watching it happened nonstop I walked out . Manager asked me what he was supposed to do. I won’t return.
