Always welcomed and offered a drink. Katie is very professional and asks what would I like done to my hair and always explains how we are going to achieve the style decided on, checking I am happy with every step as it happens. Very relaxing experience.
My stylist was lovely - asked me what I wanted, gave me advice and was very informative about my hair and the colour I wanted. We had a good chat too! This is my 3rd time here and I will definitely be going back, everyone was friendly and the salon was very clean. Service was impeccable and absolute value for money.
