We have owned our home for 18 months and I would have given ZERO STARS but wasn't a option. Poor communication, poor customer service and after sales is a JOKE.
The BEST new builds in South Yorks! Our experience buying our first home with Hoober Homes couldn't have been better, they are responsive, can't do enough for you and are generally lovely people, especially Siobhan (our Sales Exec).
I have recently moved into my new Hoober home at Thorpe gardens it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Siobhan the level of service was excellent from walking into the showroom to moving in she was incredibly helpful and professional throughout.
I moved into my Hoober home -the 3 bed detached Wentworth- in December 2021. From my initial contact with their Senior Sales Executive, Siobhan, my experience has been largely positive. All my queries re the purchase and possible modifications were addressed, and any snags subsequent to my taking possession of the house were dealt with promptly.
