Usually really nice and friendly but today The owner is in a bad mood and very rough smacked my hand when I moved it and said don’t move, very rude. Horrible atmosphere and half won’t be returning
Appalling attitude from the man. I called in today and couldn’t wait to get out. Pulling and pushing my hands about. Even hit me in the back of my hand with nail file. You need to brush up massively on your customer service skills. Will never return again and I will advise no one else to use you
Had acrylic overlays on after about week and a half my fingers were sore went to have them removed they have absolutely destroyed my nails they are now so thin they are splitting and I have had to cut them so short and they are still catching and splitting ... avoid if you want to keep your nails in any kind of shape
Excellent place truly professional couple in there. My nails are always immaculate I highly recommend them. They are the best I've ever been to.
