Service is progressively getting worse with every visit. I am going to have to find another Honda dealer. Raising their prices, slow service, inconsistent advice.

So I can only rate the used car department, but obviously they must be doing something right because we just purchased our 4th car from there (thanks, Dave Worsham!!!). Rick in financing is the best, as well. In the future, my husband and I will skip the headache and just return to Penske Honda.
We have purchased both of our used Honda's from them...they are reasonably priced and have great customer service!
I went in for my first oil change today, and it was a great experience. Bryan was super friendly, and it was finished in less than an hour. The waiting area was comfy with plenty of snack and drink choices.
Tung was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Will come back again because of him.
Toby was incredibly helpful with answering all of my questions! I was really impressed by the way he took care of us, even though we weren't ready to buy just yet. Will definitely be heading back to him in the future!
