We had a great buying experience with Scott Hiller at Penske. He made the process quick and easy. We were in and out in about an hour which is great when you are a busy mom of 2. We will definitely use Penske in the future and recommend them to our family and friends.
On my drive home this morning, after working a 13 hour night shift at the hospital, I noticed there was something wrong with my car, so I drove straight to Penske Honda. I didn't have an appointment, but the service department made time to look at my car and had the issue taken care of very quickly, at no charge to me! They even washed my car. Excellent customer service!
