Very disappointed with Penske Honda service. We had an ATF cooler installed on our 2016 Pilot and when we picked up the car one of our wheels was scuffed, the wiper on the back window was broken and we had a paint chip on the passenger side door. This was on a brand new car with less than 1000 miles. When we called the dealership to explain what happened we could not get anyone to return our call.
