Thanks to the team at Penske for my new car today. It has been a long wait for my Honda HRV due to production demands but it was completely worth it. It wasn't one we had considered but thanks to the sales rep for introducing it to us; it fit our needs exactly. We had test drove 6-7 other comparable vehicles too but kept coming back to this one. They had all the custom options I had asked for installed within a few days after its arrival.
I Thought service was great. Bill Edney has worked with us a number of times. He is valuable to a customer. Very kind to the customer teaches while selling.
