Nice waiting room, courteous staff, but to take 4 hours to complete a 45 minute recall is not what I expected. I know they don't make any money on recalls but if you have an appointment why the long wait time?
I always schedule my appt. with Tim Godinho when I bring my car in for service and he is great to work with and is very professional. He explains the service and charges clearly and provides great customer service!
Brought my Honda Accord yesterday for maintenance at the Honda Dealer in Tysons. The technical consultant staff M.A. was courteous, professional, detailed the work that had been done on my car . His professionalism and the customers services and as well as Mr. G's, the driver of the courtesy shuttle, who drove me back and forth from dealer to my work place, were excellent. I'm very pleased with their customers services. Thank you.
I had my Honda serviced at Honda of Tysons Corner. The work was excellent and the people working there are very professional and courteous. The service team was great .The price for the work was a bit high
I took my 2016 Civic touring in for the first maintenance and no problems with the service. It did take longer than expected but the waiting area was nice and having the cafe was a plus. I will go back for my next service.

We bought 2 cars from the Tysons Honda. Relatively painless, no high pressure.. We just brought in for a VA state inspection on our 2004 Honda CRV. They said it could use $3500 worth of repair. It passed inspection and they did not charge for the estimate of work needed. I did not have any of the work done as I will get a 2nd opinion. The car is not even worth $3500 so I will not put that money into it. They were friendly, polite and no pressure to get the work done there.
Very difficult to get an actual price on a car. English as a 3rd or 4th language employees handling phone calls is just ridiculous. We were interested in purchasing a new Accord, unable to get a list of fees and extras for a specifically advertised price for a specific model. They seem very shady based on the fact that they won't tell you what their fees or other extras are that they tack on to the priced they advertise for cars.
