I'm very pleased with my recent service visit and with Michael Lewis, my service advisor. I had an oil change, tire rotation and VA inspection done. Michael also recommended the 30K mile transmission service which was done. This was accomplished in 2 hours, including a complementary car wash.
Great experience buying a new 2017 Accord Coupe. I wanted a manual, which no other dealer in the area had. Honda of Tysons Corner was able to get the car for me in two weeks and provided me transparent upfront pricing with no gimic add ons. Tamim made the process very pleasant and non stressful.

Was flat out lied to by them. They don't honor the tools they provide in their own website nkr can they answer why that is. Avoid at all costs, zero integrity
I was very disappointed with this visit to Honda of Tysons Corner. I had an appointment for 8 am to replace my airbag as I had a recall notice. It took them 1 1/2 hours before I was told that the box with the airbag was received damaged and the airbag was damaged. They did not have a replacement so I have to return in about 2 weeks for the part. I was also given two repair tickets for 1 bushing and the sway bar that need to be replaced totalling about $600. I have a 2007 Honda Accord, and 2014 Honda Civic. I've dealt with 1 service manager Tim. This shop is very honest and reliable. If I don't need something done they would let you know instead of ripping you off like the others. I highly recommend getting your Honda work on by this service Dept. Trust me when I say its worth the time and less $$ Coming out of your pocket
Was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to complete a purchase. The car was exactly what I was looking for and the price negotiations was simple. I am more than pleased with my Honda Civic Touring. I would recommend this dealership and sales associate Derreck Folgar to anyone looking for a Honda.
