I had a complicated electrical problem on my 15-year-old Honda Accord that could not be solved by my local mechanic. Brian Giles and his team did a terrific job in identifying the problem -- and making sure their solution worked. Very professional and very thorough.
What a joke. This dealership has a car I want, but I wanted to buy it closer to home, so I wanted it transferred to the closer location. In all my years of car buying, I have NEVER had a dealer refuse another dealer. Not for our personal cars, and not for the business trucks in our fleet. Our last service was with Mo. He treated us GREAT. He was very attentive to our needs and had us in and out in a timely fashion.

Well after some visits at several dealerships I found that Honda of Tysons Corner not only had the best price at Northern VA but also they respect me and show the most professional behavior in my humble opinion. This was my first time at this place and I was very happy with the service. The rep took time to explain everything to my satisfaction. I did not have a problem with the wait time.
Our service advisor, Brian Giles, was thorough in explaining what we could expect and when. He presented all of the options for fixing potential issues. He was gracious about our selections and did not pressure us to do more work than we were prepared to do. He worked with Enterprise ahead of time to have a rental vehicle that could fit our family of six including several car seats. Just bought 2016 Odyssey from Gary Slighter, good price(well below invoice), friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant (thanks Gary), and the car is very nice, my whole family especially my 6 year old loves the car!
