I had to take my car in for a recall notification. Since I didn't have to pay, it was great!! Service is always good there.
In the past week I have had both my 2016 Civic and my 2008 Accord serviced at Honda of Tysons Corner. Both experiences were excellent. The service was done in way less time than I expected. My service advisor Steve was terrific. I'm very pleased.

Bought my 16 accord last year from tyson honda and recently had transmission software recall updated at their location! Both times had best experience great customer service, very professional. Called them for a recall gave me appointment right away did over night drop and next day received a call at noon vehicle is ready for pick up. Would recommend them to family n friends. Had the absolute best experience. I was in the area for work and stupidly backed into a pole in the garage parking lot and crushed my mirror. I couldn't drive home like that! The extremely helpful woman who answered the phone in the Service Dept was able to ascertain that they had the part in stock, and she got me a service appointment within 20 minutes.
