I bought my 2001 Honda Accord new from Honda of Tysons Corner and have brought it in for service ever since. My experience has always been excellent. I have tried other service places closer to me, (I live in Sterling) but have been disappointed. I can't explain this properly, but my car always seems to sound better and handle better when driving home after servicing. The trip down Route 7 is certainly worth it. Friendly staff. I arrived 20 minutes late to my appointment but they still had me in and out in less than an hour!
I bought a new Honda CRV there in 2003 and have had service there for 14 years. During that time, I've had at least two Service Advisors who took good care of my car. My latest Service Advisor is Steve Farr, and he is excellent. He answers all of my questions, looks after my car, and looks after his customers as well. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. I usually wait for my car in the very nice reception area and read the newspaper while enjoying a cup of good coffee, compliments of Honda. A routine service call, easy to schedule on-line. Zoe handled the visit [Mike was out for the day]. He said "90 minutes" and right to the minute - the Pilot was ready and WASHED! BTW, buy the 120,000 "no hassle" service plan when you buy a new car. Hem and Haw a little and they will throw in a 48-month maintenance plan too. Really nice people!
Have purchased two cars here and always have them serviced here. Best Honda deal I have found!
All work completed in a timely manner. Was in and out faster than expected. Was first service on my Ridgeline.
They always do excellent work on my Hondas. I am very please with the effort they put in helping the costumers.
