I was happy with the service with one major exception. I was only scheduling a VA inspection, which takes a maximum of 15 minutes. I was able to go online and schedule it for 1:00 PM, and arrived a bit early expecting to be out of there by no later than 1:30. I was then told it would be an hour and a half as they only had one inspector. If that is the case, they should not set appointments that they cannot keep. I've been absolutely thrilled with everything from the salesman to the service managers to the terrific waiting area. This is my first Honda. WOW
Picked up a 201 Civic EX-T over Labor Day weekend. I emailed and talked to Pat for a couple days before I was able to make it in. He was extremely helpful and answered every question I had. It was a pleasure to work with him and he has followed up a few times since I drove away. Very impressed with the service and more impressed with my new Civic.

Absolutely great! Courteous, on schedule and the service rep explained the process and reviewed the work completed with me. Totally met Honda's customer service goals. I am very pleased and although there is a dealer much closer to me, I will continue to go to Honda of Tysons Corner.
Made an appointment weeks in advance and the day I brought my car in was told it would be an extra 3-hours due to walk-ins.
As a loyal Honda owner for over 35 years, I can honestly attest that Honda of Tyson's offers the best in top quality customer service and the finest customer waiting area in the universe. The professionals here responsible for the care and maintenance of my vehicles are the best I've ever encountered.
Buyer's beware. Pay attention to the price when signing purchasing documents, especially if you are left waiting for a long period. Price quoted does not match purchase price. The discrepancy is described as taxes and fees. Despite given an "On the road price". The salesman leaves you feeling as if you misunderstood something in the pricing.
10 years of very positive experience with servicing my Honda Accord. I work with Brian Giles these days. He knows his business and is very fair. What more can you ask for?
