Had appt for 36000 svc. Worked with the Yellow team, everything went well and was very happy the visit. Only problem was at the end, was told the car was ready, it just needed to be washed and it would be about 20 minutes, 30 minutes later, was told they were behind with washing the vehicles. I was 4th in line with no idea of how long it would be. Disappointed with that, but will continue to get servicing here.

I have brought my Civic to Tysons Corner Honda for the past several years. I have always found the staff to be helpful and the service to be as promised or better. The last several times Jeremy has been my rep and he has been excellent in giving me updates on what maintenance is due and which will likely be upcoming. This last visit was for scheduled maintenance and to deal with a rather pesky 'Check Tire Pressure' light. I am always extremely pleased with the service I receive by the Honda Service Department. My service rep Roberto is always courteous and explains what service is needed.
Almost immediate confirmation to online scheduling. Service was done in the time frame promised. Service representative was courteous. Took care of an additional issue.
Steve Farr and the Blue Team did a great job. It was a B13 oil change with other fluid change, recall repair on passenger airbag, replace one tire, and rotate other tires. Car purrs like a kitten.
