My service at Honda of Tyson's was exactly what I need: a convenient appointment, a shuttle to my office nearby, and my car came back clean and working like it's new (I have 56K miles). Roberto is great to work with, as was everyone else I spoke with when I dropped off and picked up my Accord.
Honda of Tysons Service Department is outstanding. Always customer needs and satifaction are their priorities. That was the case with all the Service Advisors. Recently Iwent there to get state inspection and check the car. Roberto Guitterez, the Service Advisor did an oustanding job to check the car thourughly and I really like what he did. He derves Service Excellence citation by the management.
I was in the market for a new car and went to Tysons Corner Honda. They had the car I was looking for and the staff was very professional and knowledable. They made the experience stress free for me. I have been here twice: once when my battery was leaking, and once just to get a routine VA inspection. Both times the staff was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy. They would always tell me exactly what they were doing, how long it would take, then complete the job with care. For the repairs, they took extra pains to figure out a way to fix the car at the lowest cost to me, and when I got my inspection, they washed and vacuumed my car at no extra charge!
