I have been using Honda at Tysons for years and years and always had great service. I had to have the passenger's air bag replaced due to a recall and Jeremy took care of that in no time at all. He also checked my tire pressure and washed it too. Great service. Thank you Jeremy.

I brought my Civic in for a VA state inspection. I was told it would take an hour and a half. First of all, there is no way a state inspection takes that long, I would say half an hour at most. The hour and a half became over 2 hours of a wait, simply ridiculous. Either schedule less appointments or hire more people. On a positive note, they did wash the vehicle.
Just had my car serviced before I left on a road trip to Florida. Great service as always.. Thanks Steven Farr!! Love my Honda CR-V!!
I have had Hondas since 1992 and continue to purchase them and have them serviced at this location. In all these years the staff, in all departments, have been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There might be places where repair work might be less costly, but I trust this Honda sales and service center.
