I got a coupon in the mail from Honda for tire rotation and oil change. I bought my CR-V here in Tysons almost a year ago. We walked in to their service center and the staff there were very accomodating. They approached us right away and asked what we needed. Brian Giles was the one who took care of us. Told us that the service will be approximately 2.5 hours. In about 2 hrs, he called us saying the car was ready and also told us a couple of maintanance needed that are almost due.
