Great service... new Service manager Jeff great to deal with.....
Our salesman Paul made buying my CR-V a wonderful experience. Paul took the time to explain the different models and options as to what would fit my driving needs. Paul was very friendly and honest and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle at Hackettstown Honda.

Horrible service. Left my car for service on the wipers and it came back worse than before. I was told that was how I brought it. Wires were literally hanging out of my steering wheel. I am leasing this car and already bought the extended warranty with plans to buy my crv at the end of the lease. The gentleman I was dealing with lied and b.s.ed me to death.
