AMAZING! Service, atmosphere, cleanliness, everything & everyone was great. I leased (buying out in the end) my first brand new car. I love my 2016 CR-V LX! My 2002 Durango stopped working on Christmas after damage from a deer got worse, so I needed something quickly. I didn't expect to actually get a car with my credit & little money. A few weeks ago my wife, Heidi, had an accident on the way to work. So in my pre-coffee, just out of bed, state of mind I sent the kids to our neighbor and arrived at the scene with ice. Thankfully she was okay, save the large bump on her head and bruising, and no one else was involved. However, the car did not fare as well as she did. Wow. I just left here after a recall. Fyi I live right around the corner from honda of denville. I drove 20 mins to come here d so glad I did. Customer service is literally incredible. So kind and friendly. They also washed and vacuumed my car and I can feel the steering and brakes are tighter and they did not say anything to me about it. And my car drives wonderfully. Trully a gem. Thank you!!!!
Stopped in today without an appointment, had heard they were supporters of WNTI. Needed an oil change; was welcomed by Bryan, got tires rotated, safety check, all fluids topped off, van washed and vacuumed ...all for $29.95 and all done in 45 minutes. And oh yes, complimentary refreshments. Thanks Honda of Hackettstown!

We had the best experience yet with this new dealership in every aspect in terms of the customer service, inventory, sales person (Rafe) and facility. We are very happy with our Honda purchase. Rafe was very patient, professional and informative and I will recommend this dealership and car brand to all of my family and friends.
