Today my wife and I picked up a new CRV-EXL. The experience could not have been better. This was a no stress no anxiety experience. My Product Specialist Paul Semhon had the expertise in all facets of the vehicle we purchased and the patients to go over all the options. The owner Joe Cifalino quoted us a price and stuck to it. Brought my Pilot in for basic service - No pressure, fast turnaround (walk in) and OUTSTANDING price. Cheaper than if I did it myself. Nice job folks!

I was very happy with Hackettstown Honda. Paul was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He took time to inform me about the car I was interested in and made the process go very smoothly. It was below freezing and Paul was very good about braving the cold to see that my car was ready for me. I felt that he went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my car and I really appreciated it!
Paul Semhon made my experience very pleasant. Paul was very efficient, courteous and helpful. He went the extra mile to get me everything I needed or wanted including a purple Honda FIT! I would definitely come back to Paul again.
So happy with the great service I had from here. They got right to work on my car without an appointment. I am so very grateful to Buddy and Jeff for helping me fix a mistake done by a different service center.
