I will give it a thumbs down I will not speak my experience there but it's definitely a thumbs down by the way my battery is disconnected in my car so it doesn't catch on fire
We bought a used car from there and Terri was a great help she told us when we called that we were gonna be able to leave with something and she was right thanks to everybody over there will be sending people that way

I had the most wonderful encounter with your sales personal and everyone there specially with mrs terry and matt and the person that finish my paper work i appalogise i forgot his name .but they went beyon my expectation im very satisfy and i would deffenely let my friends know.
I come to this dealership through Costco Auto buying program. They offered the best price I can find going through Honda dealers in NJ. I was treated nicely and professionally.

I, since 2013, have dreaded this dealership. I would drive 30 minutes to Sussex Honda or Joyce Honda just to service my car. In May of 2015 I had bought a newer Honda at Sussex Honda. The service was ok. But this past week, out of convenience I went back to Honda of Hackettstown. This dealership has completely changed. The staff was mostly new, efficient, accommodating, and courteous. Thanks to Ryan, Bob, and Greg, I will be coming back to this location.
My wife and I just bought a car and the entire experience was hassle free. Paul Semhon worked with us from beginning to end and he was fantastic to deal with. Despite our crazy schedule, Paul constantly made himself available (even during his day off). Paul was very honest with us and everything he said he would do, he did. We purchased the car as a surprise for our daughter and Paul understood how important it was to all of us.
