I just bought a 2014 crv from Honda of hackettstown and what a amazing job they did. Rob and Terri did a terrific job assisting me I wanted a pickup truck but Terri talked me into a crv and I love it already. Myself being in retail there customer service professionalism was excellent I am so pleased with my experience I definetly will be returning in the future. Very pleasant experience! Staff was attentive but not pushy. Terri was our salesperson & Rob helped us with financing. Both were very personable, helpful, & knowledgable. I drove my Honda to Virginia the next day & I love it!! We will do business with this dealership again when we are ready for another purchase. And we will surely recommend to others! Excellent!
Very Good maybe the best dealership i have ever dealt with
We just purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima Coupe from Honda of Hackettstown and are very satisfied with our purchase. The car is awesome in every way. The dealership was highly responsive from our initial contact, our test drive, and securing our financing. We will definitely consider buying another car from this dealership.

Terri was a great sales rep. I would suggest her to anyone. I would like to thank the staff of Honda for being so understanding. We were approved for a car but for unforseen circumstances we had to take the car back. Thank you for working with us.
Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Staff at the dealership was wonderful to deal with, everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and honest. Our sales person Terri made the sale easy and stress free. We are so happy with our brand new Odyssey! We'll definitely be back when its time to buy a car again!
