After having the oil changed on my Acura MDX, I noticed oil on my garage floor. I investigated and found that the oil drain bolt was only finger tight! If it had vibrated out I would have lost all of my engine oil and would have destroyed the engine. My call to Mike Boatright, the service manager, was never returned.
My experience here was AMAZING! Richard was a great and did an awesome job going over everything with the vehicle. Time spent there was not long and the only reason I had a wait was because another customer was completing paperwork. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
This is an absolutely crooked establishment. Do not buy a car here, and most importantly do not get service done here. The service department is the worst. I have been charged for oil changes that I should not have been as I bout a maintenance package. I have been lied to about how long things will take to fix. I brought my car in for a recall, told 2 hrs, then overnight. It actually took 5 days. I had to call corporate to force them to give me a rental. Save yourself time,heartache, and money and stay clear from this place.
Look for Mr. behr. He will help you out a lot. I got my civic hatch, initially not what I wanted but mr. behr offered me a great deal I couldnt refuse. Ive always wanted the civic hatch ever since they first rolled out the 2017 models and i wont ever regret having this one. Again thank you so much honda of bay county
I have been trying to reach the finance manager for 2.5 weeks now. We bought the extended warranty through them and recently traded in that specific vehicle. In order to receive a refund for the unused portion, you must speak with the finance manager. 2.5 weeks with multiple calls a day with plenty of voicemails and not a single returned or picked up call. Extremely poor ethical standards on both the manager and dealership. Extremely disappointed.
Outstanding from Start to finish Marquel is the man !!!even delivered our vehicle to our house with a full tank of gas !!Seriously Honda went above and beyond for us couldn’t be happier with our New Truck !
