Always great service. Staff is friendly and informative. Service is completed in a timely manner. Have been very pleased with all interactions at Bay Honda.
I had the best oil change and tires rotated today! Only took 1 hour. I was very happy! Usually it’s 3 or more which it should not be. This is my second Ridgeline and I just love the trucks. The other Ridgeline has had 2 or 3 recalls and that is an all day affair. Has had recall on airbags, drivers door lock which was installed back in crooked and was told I waited too long to have them straighten it out. Maybe I did-but THEY put it back in crooked. Michelle explained what I needed to have repaired and how long it would take. I had use of the internet and phone charger. Best of all my car is running great.
Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond. Be sure to talk to Sean or Richard. They will hook you up and they are awesome! I will definitely buy from them again in the future.
The service was terrible. I once got charged $90 for oil and tire rotation, and the mechanics claimed I needed a part on my car when I did not. I now drive my car out of town to get serviced. They tried to get more money from me by making up things that were wrong with my vehicle.
I had a great experience trading in my BMW for a CRV, very fair trade in price, willing to negotiate and so fast, no games! Dylan Kellison is fabulous to deal with, they had to go get mine late one day from a sister dealership, he came in early to make sure car and paperwork was ready for us at 9 AM. Jack the Sales Manager, very fair, I would highly recommend them.
