Great service yesterday with my maintenance check-up.
They charged me DOUBLE for an oil change because I was a tourist. $80 for a stsndard oil change. The manager told me it's because the oil for Honda's in Florida is more expensive than the oil for Honda sand Georgia. LOL Do not service your Honda here. Worst service ever. I work for a Honda dealership in Georgia who has a service department that is ranked #1 in GA, #11 in US.
I will recommend bay Honda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! I went in told them what I wanted to spend & what I liked. They didn't try to push me towards something I didn't like or something out of my price range! They did everything they could to make sure I got approved & got into the vehicle I wanted!
I had the best experience with the people at Honda of Bay County, in particular Matthew T. & Chris in finance department. They made everything such a breeze and didn't stop working with me until I drove away in the car I wanted and was in love with. Very personable & professional staff here. Thanks for all the efforts to assure I was 100% happy! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Had drivers recalled airbag replaced. The lady was very nice and I got out in time to get to TAFB pharmacy.
