Yes I would love to tell Bay County about This business. You don't go to a dealership with your vehicle to purchase another vehicle, do all the paper work come back the next day to finalize things and find your old car parked out front. You go what's going on here.. (By the way they did advise of the things that were wrong before buying)service guy comes out with keys.. Here you go that'll be 1200. If I could do negative stars that would be my starting point. Never ever do business at this dealership. My wife and I wasted 4 hours of our life here for nothing but trying to be pushed into a car that's sat in the lot for over 40 days. The price points and Carfax reports were manipulated and they held back a lot of details on the car until we sat in the office chairs. My husband and I had a great experience buying our first brand new car!!!! Our salesman, Richard Duggar was so helpful and didn't make us feel "pushed" into a sale!
