After purchasing one car there, I came back for a second car and was told by one of the sales persons ( in a rude manner) that if I could get a better deal somewhere else, to go and get the car in another dealership. This dealership is CLEARLY for ppl with $ and/or warranty! I bought my 06 pilot for $5k w 96k miles...during their multi point inspection, they recommended $5781 in repairs!!!! Some charges were ridiculous! Ex: like changing the plastic covering one of my reverse light $191 and new oil pan of almost $700!!! Wow! Oil pan from honda is $100.42 so they charge almost $600 just to unscrew the old one and screw in the new one??? Had trouble with 2011 Honda Odyssey on the way down to PCB for vacation. Called and got an appointment within an hour. So happy with the service department they got us back on the road ASAP. Also even got us a rental car while the van was being repaired. Michelle was very good about keeping us informed and was so nice.
