I was not treated as a new honda owner. I was just coming to get a code for the radio and was told to take it back to the Nissan dealership where it was purchased. I couldn’t believe it. I was told by Nissan that the maker of the car and radio would be able to assist me with the code. Certainly with the car and radio both made by Honda there should be a way for them to figure out the code. I would never take my car to this dealership who would charge 48.50$ labor for install a new battery everywhere else when you buy new battery they installed it for free of charge.
"Oil Changes for Life." I'm still alive and they have ended the program. I had a terrible experience when I purchased a car from this dealer. At least, I thought, I have oil changes for life. Well, not anymore! They have "ended the program" after "generously" extending it for 6 years after moving to the new location. The reason? The dealership was bought out and somehow the buyer was able to purchase all of the assets but is not responsible for any of the liabilities. That's not how it works... The service rep showed me how to remove the key fob from the skeleton key and how to open the fob to replace the battery. I got great service and the key lesson is a very welcome bonus!
