Very disappointed. My LifeTime oil change is no more. It was one of the selling points when I purchased my car. Also was charged $33 to replace the little brake bulb in rear window! This was my 5th Honda but my last locally.
Initially bought my car from Brandon Baumgauner (spelling?) & he was wonderful. He helped my husband and I pick my beloved Honda Crosstour out and went above and beyond. Fast forward to now a couple years later & Brandy Slaughter was a true blessing to my family. speedy, friendly and very efficient. checked my tires,fluids and for any recalls. Great place to take your car for service.
Was on vacation and our Honda got a piece of plastic stuck in the grill shutters and it gave a warning light and they got me in within 30 minutes of my call and took care of my problem , even though I live 600 miles away, and they made me feel at home while I was there.
I was in and out in no time! The people there were great! I get all my oil changes at Honda in bay county, I just wish they had coupons every now and then or after so many oil changes! Just saying, they are a bit pricey, but the service is good and fast!
They got me right in for an oil change, I was there just over an hour, everything was explained to me about future service in language I understood. I will be back! Great service!!
